1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
Because our custom drinkware items are carefully processed and prepared, our order handling times vary based on the total quantity ordered:
  • Standard Orders (1 to 19 items): Processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Bulk & Large Orders (20 or more items): Processed and prepared within 5 to 7 business days to ensure strict quality control.
You will receive a notification email the moment your order has shipped out.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
We ship all orders to destinations within the United States. Shipping rates vary based on the total weight, dimensions, and quantity of the items in your order.
  • Calculated Shipping: Exact shipping charges are calculated dynamically in real-time and displayed clearly at your checkout screen before you pay.
  • Free Shipping Threshold: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard transit time takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your door.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Spectrum Drinkware is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
